Ziggidy Zoo

Spring Break trip to the zoo was a blast!! All the kids had fun even though it was a little chilly. They got to see tons of animals. Eli loved the monkeys the best. He was pressing himself against the glass to get a better view. It was cute to see his reaction to the animals. The little petting zoo area was fun, they got to feed hay to the goats.

Daddy and Eli

Look at me!

Eli and his friends had tons of fun at the church Easter Egg Hunt!! The eggs were filled with goldfish crackers, what a great idea!! We had fun watching him shake the eggs and then throw them or squeeze them open.

Bailey and Eli Adventures

This past week cousin Bailey came to visit. She and Eli had lots of fun and were exhausted by the end of each day! Eli thought bath time was extra fun having someone to splash and share toys with! We also went to the community center play group where they got to slide, ride toys, dance, teeter totter, and throw balls around. Miss you Bailey...

Old McDonald had a chicken...

Emily showed Eli her pet chickens the other day. Eli loved them and laughed a lot. The chickens have cool names like "Goldie, Cobra, Jacob" etc...Eli and Emily played while Jami and I did some canning and enjoyed catching up. It was a super fun day for everyone!!

Happy Birthday Shannon!!!

Shannon had a birthday in March so we celebrated with a potluck dinner and yummy chocolate cake! It was fun to have the cousins together and watch them interact. Ava brought her princess couch and the kids were constantly in and out of it, they were being so funny! Happy Birthday Shannon, you are awesome!!

California

Last weekend Eli, Gina and I flew to California to visit Geoff, Fanica and Bailey. It was fun to see the cousins play together. Bailey taught Eli how to give kisses and Eli loved sharing his sippy cup. Here are some pics of the weekend. Geoff is enjoying the Navy. Fanica is looking great this pregnancy! She is having a boy, Samuel Dean Schmidt, due in May. Bailey is such a busy little girl! She is so polite always saying thank you to everyone and blowing kisses. We sure miss them and are glad they are doing well down in San Diego.
